Hours of Operation:

The Pediatric Therapy Center is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please see the PTC Calendar for all other non-service and closure days.

The Pediatric Therapy Center also follows all state and local holidays.

We also provide in-service as well as regional training to all staff. Please refer to this web site or in-center postings for specific service dates when therapy services are not provided, delayed or re-scheduled.

Inclement Weather Policy:

During the winter, the Pediatric Therapy Center will remain open during inclement weather as long as the Wenatchee School District remains open. When the Wenatchee School District closes, the center will also be closed. If the Wenatchee School District is operating on a two-hour delay, our center will operate on the same time delay. Home visits will be conducted as weather permits. If an individual therapist is unable to reach your home, they will call you directly at home to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment due to weather conditions, please notify our center before 7:00am or as soon as possible at (509) 663-6001.

Please Note: During inclement weather, therapy times may be delayed and/or changed based on travel times of individual therapist to remote and outlying areas.
