 Future Parent Programs: We will be providing a number of parent education and support services that allow parents to meet other families and to gain additional skills and knowledge. We encourage you to attend special family activities and educational workshops. Please check back from time to time to see our new events.
FUTURE - Parents Family Nights: Quarterly dinner events with educational sessions for parents and fun activities for kids. FUTURE - Parent-to-Parent: A program that provides emotional support, networking, and resources for families of children with special needs. Includes “helping parents” support, social events, and parent support groups.  FUTURE – Movie Nights: Monthly movie nights at the PTC. A time for parents to drop the kids off for a few hours (2-3) for movies & fun.
FUTURE – Parent/Teacher Conferences: This is a time of sharing, which benefits the child, the parent, and the teacher. PTC believes in a strong partnership between the home and the Center to assure the best experience for the children. Lead Teachers will invite you to participate in a parent conference twice a year to discuss your child's developmental progress. Guidelines to help you prepare for the conference are available from the PTC. A parent or teacher may request a conference any time a need arises.
 Parent to Parent Support :Learning that your child has a disability or chronic health need can be a traumatic experience. Parents have many questions and concerns in coping with their child's needs. Feelings of failure or "fault" may be present. The Parent to Parent team can help!

 First Friday of each Month: 9:00am-10:00am Call Katie Lawless at 509-663-6001 for more information and group openings. | Parent/Child Group: A time for parents and children to get together with our Preschool Teacher and staff to provide training, guidance and enjoy singing, art, crafts and activities. The entire community is invited and there is no cost. |
