 The Parent to Parent support programs provide emotional support and information to families of children with special needs and/or disabilities.

 YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
Learning that your child has a disability or chronic health need can be a traumatic experience. Parents have many questions and concerns in coping with their child's needs. Feelings of failure or "fault" may be present.
We can help!
TIME IS IMPORTANT: The faster questions can be answered and concerns addressed, the quicker help and support can be put in place. Then outcomes can be more positive for you and your child.
YOU NEED INFORMATION: Information is out there. You just need a way to find it. We can help navigate the many resources available. Schools, social services, books, articles, the Internet and many other resources are available.
 PARENTS HELPING PARENTS:
Personal support from another parent who has a child with similar needs, can be helpful in coping with the many challenging experiences and feelings. Helping Parent volunteers have completed a training program and are available to provide support and information to other parents. The program coordinator can also provide support and information about other programs.
